RC Reddy IAS Study Circle Celebrates APPSC Group-1 Success at Grand Success Meet

Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, February 04, 2026: RC Reddy IAS Study Circle, a pioneer in Civil Services and State Services coaching, conducted a grand Success Meet to celebrate the outstanding performance of its students in the APPSC Group-1 (2023) results. The event witnessed the participation of newly selected officers and institute leadership, marking yet another milestone in the institute’s 43-year legacy of academic excellence.

Sharing his journey, Bharathala Udhay Shankar, selected as Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, said he quit his software job and dedicated over two years exclusively to Group-1 preparation with unwavering focus. “My Civil Services preparation and the experience of writing Civil Services Mains three times helped me immensely in Group-1. The coaching and exam-oriented training at RC Reddy IAS Study Circle played a crucial role in my success,” he said. Hailing from Dattaluru village in Nellore district from humble background, Udhay Shankar’s success reflects a larger trend where aspirants with strong Civil Services preparation have gone on to secure top Group-1 ranks.

 

Addressing the gathering, Ms. Sanghamitra, Asst.Director, RC Reddy IAS Study Circle, highlighted the institute’s academic approach. “Our focus goes far beyond completing the syllabus. She further added that over 50% of the candidates who cleared the APPSC Group-1 examination were trained at the institute, underscoring its sustained academic outcomes.

 

Several successful candidates shared their experiences during the meet. B. Nikhila Sree, selected as Deputy Collector ,said the institute’s mains-oriented classes helped her secure high scores. “The academic inputs and interview guidance provided by Ms. Sanghamitra were extremely helpful during the final stage,” she noted.

Adapala Omkar Venkata Nageswara Rao, selected as DSP, said the mock interview questions conducted at the institute closely resembled those asked during the actual Commission interview.

Naraharishetty Bhanuprakash, selected as Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, credited the institute’s special training in mains answer writing for his success.
