Dr. Vikram Mishra’s Train Your Brain to Win Explores the Science of Mindset, Mental Resilience and Purposeful Living

New Delhi, India: In an era defined by constant digital stimulation, professional pressure and increasing demands on mental and emotional toughness, the conversation around success is gradually moving beyond talent, qualifications and external achievement. At the centre of this shift is a more fundamental question: can people consciously train their minds to think, respond and perform differently?

Addressing this question, spiritual leader, humanitarian, social reformer and author Dr. Vikram Mishra presents his book Train Your Brain to Win, a 148-page work that brings together concepts from neuroscience, psychology, personal development and practical habit formation to explore how individuals can develop a stronger and more purposeful approach to life.

Published in 2026 by Truth & Social Publication, the book is structured over eight chapters covering the science of the brain, champion mindset, mental barriers, winning habits, goal setting and peak performance, communication and relationships, lifelong success, and what the author describes as “The Winner’s Life.” The book also concludes with a structured 90-day brain training plan, designed to move readers from understanding concepts to applying them consistently in everyday life.

The philosophy presented in Train Your Brain to Win also adds another dimension to Dr. Vikram Mishra’s public identity. His work brings together two seemingly different areas, inner development and service to others. His spiritual background emphasises faith, discipline, humility and devotion, at the same time the book explores self-belief, toughness, purposeful living, leadership and personal excellence.

The book makes a similar connection between achievement and meaning. It argues that winning should not be understood merely through wealth, recognition or external success, but with becoming the best version of oneself while creating a positive impact on others.

This philosophy is also reflected in the book’s concluding chapters, which move beyond individual performance towards purpose, service, relationships and long-term contribution. The book describes leadership with the help of service and the importance of inspiring others as essential components of a meaningful life. Its final framework motivates readers to view success as a continuing practice over a destination.

For students, professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders and individuals navigating personal transitions, Train Your Brain to Win still seeks to offer a practical framework for examining how thoughts become habits, how habits influence behaviour and how consistent action can contribute to long-term personal growth.

In the end, Dr. Vikram Mishra’s journey and his latest book converge around a common idea: inner transformation becomes meaningful when it translates into purposeful action. His spiritual life, humanitarian work and writing reflect a plan in which personal growth is not separated from responsibility towards society.

Train Your Brain to Win is, in that sense, not presented merely as a book about success as well as an invitation to examine the mind behind success, and to ask if the ultimate measure of a trained mind is not only what it achieves, but also the lives it is able to influence, support and uplift.

About the Book

Train Your Brain to Win presents success not as a one-time achievement but as a process shaped by our thoughts, beliefs, habits and repeated actions. The book explores the science of a winning brain, growth mindset, neuroplasticity, self-belief, mental toughness, emotional intelligence, confidence, resilience, discipline, focus, goal-setting, decision-making, communication and adaptability, at the same time highlighting that lasting personal growth requires more than temporary motivation. Its 90-day framework encourages readers to turn these ideas into consistent daily practices and measurable progress, in the end connecting mental training with purpose, health, happiness, service and long-term personal excellence.
