As an IITian , his academic journey gave him more than technical knowledge. It developed a culture of problem-solving, perseverance, analytical thinking, and the belief that difficult goals become achievable when approached with the right strategy and consistent effort.

After experiencing the demands of competitive education firsthand, Mohd Ashraf Ganie gradually developed a deeper interest in mentoring and guiding young students.
