In a world full of content creators, strategists, and consultants, there are very few who know how to make learning not just engaging, but memorable—and more importantly, applicable. Dhwanie Swaaminarayan, Director at Kiwings Services Pvt. Ltd., is one of those rare minds who doesn’t just talk about transformation—she crafts it, designs it, and delivers it.
From being a Visual Merchandiser early in her career to now working as a Business and Learning Strategist across continents, her journey is a case study in reinvention and resilience. She firmly believes that everything in life can be made learnable—an art she has mastered over the years. In a digital world flooded with information, Dhwanie stands out not just because of what she teaches, but how she trains—simplifying the complex, personalizing the generic, and making knowledge consumable.
Her first major milestone came at a very young age when Tata McGraw Hill Education published her book Customer Service Associate in 2011. This wasn’t just a publication—it was a validation of her clarity of thought and ability to communicate that thought in a meaningful way. Since then, her work has only expanded in depth and dimension.
Over the years, Dhwanie has worked with nearly every major large-format retail brand in India, either in training, content design, strategy, or delivery. Her sessions have ranged from one-day orientation modules to month-long, immersive learning journeys. Be it Real Estate, IT, Healthcare, Wellness, Food & Beverage, Design, or Homecare—her footprint spans industries, platforms, and audiences.
Through her flagship initiative Kiwings Times, she has released 8 focused newsletters—each one exploring a different model of learning. From Gamification to Reverse to Micro learning models—she’s made sure that the how of learning gets the same attention as the what.
Her global work experience includes collaborations in Australia and the US, and she has contributed to companies like StoreForce in Canada (Marketing-IT), SureCare in the UK (Homecare sector), and with learning design expert Michael Yacobian. Her ability to blend Eastern depth with Western structure makes her a rare, impactful bridge between cultures and corporate needs.
In 2019, she was proudly featured among Top 25 Young Women Entrepreneurs of India by CEO Insights and has been published in over 50 global publications, amplifying her voice and vision to a much larger audience.
Yet, for all her professional achievements, Dhwanie remains deeply rooted in her personal passions. She is an avid reader, a dedicated yoga practitioner, and takes exclusive 1-on-1 yoga sessions—tailored to an individual’s lifestyle, health goals, and mindset. Her yoga sessions go beyond flexibility and posture; they’re about aligning one’s purpose, energy, and inner well-being.
She is an accomplished singer, an amazing Garba dancer with unmatched energy, a Zentangle artist who finds joy in patterns and nature and practices biomimicry-based Zentangle, and an ace shooter (0.77 Air Pistol) who has competed at the state level in Rajasthan. Her love for cooking, gardening, and meaningful conversations brings balance to her high-powered professional life.
She also plays an active, honorary role on the leadership team of World of Words (WoW)—a vibrant, inclusive book club that brings together readers and thinkers from all walks of life. Whether she’s coaching a CXO, mentoring a teacher, or running a storytelling session, Dhwanie shows up with the same curiosity and compassion.
Currently, she’s working on a couple of upcoming books focused on empowering children in schools, helping them become better learners and emotionally intelligent individuals. She continues to explore new ways of designing meaningful change—whether in boardrooms or classrooms. She has also designed an Empathy Game for children, aimed at helping them understand and practice empathy—a value often spoken about, rarely taught.
And above all, she remains a true Gujarati by heart—lively, grounded, and always ready with a warm smile and thoughtful insight. Her role models, she says, will always be her parents—who taught her to dream, do, and deliver.
