Delhi, 29 September 2026: Hybon Elevators & Escalators has been appointed the vertical mobility partner for Rooseró Elena, a premium residential development by Rooseró in Zirakpur. Hybon will supply and install 20 elevators across the project’s seven towers: five towers of 19 floors and two towers of 30 floors. The partnership was announced at a press conference held at Hybon’s office in Delhi on 26 September 2026.
Located near Airport Road and the Ambala–Chandigarh Highway, Rooseró Elena is a 7-tower, 414-unit residential community featuring spacious residences, landscaped surroundings and a curated set of lifestyle amenities, including a swimming pool, mini theatre, fitness centre, lounge, spa and wellness centre, and a dedicated yoga and meditation zone. The project is RERA-registered (Punjab RERA Registration No. PB-RERA-SAS79/PR1134).
Hybon’s solutions have been selected to complement the development’s focus on design, refined living and resident experience. The partnership brings vertical mobility into the larger luxury narrative of the project, extending the experience beyond the residence to the way residents move through it.
